  • ​Fields v. Syrian Arab Republic, 18-cv-1437 (D.D.C.) - $850 million judgment in favor of the family members of victims of terrorist attacks carried out by ISIS.

  • Marquez v. Google LLC, Case No. 2021-CH-1460 (Cir. Ct. Cook Cnty. 2022) – $100 million class settlement to resolve alleged BIPA violations of Illinois residents appearing in photos on the Google Photos platform.

  • Beauford v. The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Inc., Case No.: C-03-CV-23-000501 (Cir. Ct. Baltimore Cnty.) – settlement making over $17 million available to class members to resolve claims that medical data was improperly shared using Facebook Tracking Pixel.

  • Morris v. SolarCity Corp., Case No. 3:15-cv-05107-RS (N.D. Cal.) – $15 million class settlement to resolve claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227 et seq.

  • Young v. Military Advantage, Inc., 2023LA000535 (Dupage Cnty. Ill.) - settlement making over $7 million available to class members to resolve claims that video data was improperly shared using Facebook Tracking Pixel.

  • Ninivaggi v. University of Delaware, Case No. 20-cv-1478-SB (D. Del.) – $6.3 million class settlement to resolve breach of contract based on school’s failure to provide a full semester of in-person classes.

  • Richardson v. Verde Energy USA, Inc., Case No.: 5:15-cv-06325-WB (E.D. Pa.) - $5 million class settlement to resolve claims under the TCPA.

  • Ambrose v. Boston Globe Media Partners, LLC, Case No. 1:22-cv-10195-RGS (D. Mass.) – $4 million class settlement (and up to $1 million in in kind relief) to resolve claims under the Video Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2710, et seq. based on alleged use of the Facebook Tracking Pixel.

  • Metzner v. Quinnipiac University, Case No. 3:20-cv-00784-KAD (D. Conn.) – $2.5 million class settlement to resolve breach of contract based on school’s failure to provide a full semester of in-person classes.
